Group Membership Rates
The CYF is proud to offer discounted memberships for UU Congregations and individuals who wish to sponsor multiple memberships in the CYF.
Many churches have chosen to sponsor their senior class as a graduation gift, and have helped their children bridge to the larger UU community as they move away to college or careers.
The rates for sponsored group memberships are as follows:
| 5-10 Members: | $30 per member |
| 10 or more Members: | $25 per member |
If you are interested in sponsoring multiple memberships
please upload a spreadsheet or word document of your sponsored class
with the following information:
- Name
- Birthdate
- Email address
- Contact information
- Sponsoring Congregation or Individual's name and email
Please also state if you wish the memberships to begin immediately or if you would like them to become effective on a certain date.
We will contact you regarding your sponsorship after receiving the list of members you would like to sponsor.
