Guidelines:	The CYF is committed to offering an affordable spiritual home. The minimum donation required of for CYF sponsored memberships is just $75 a year! Please keep in mind, however, that we are a fledgling organization attempting to build quickly in order to meet our congregation's growing needs, so if you can afford to give more, please do! If you are a congregation sponsoring multiple CYF memberships, Do not use this form. Instead, please view our Discounted Group Rate page for information about group discounts and multiple sponsored memberships!
